The design of a home begins before the blueprint is even drawn, yet it’s often times not thought about until after the bidding process has taken place.
With Megan’s experience as a vital part of over 100 successful home builds, this doesn’t have to happen to you. Having the clarity of what questions to ask - the vision to put ideas together and create conceptual drawings- to the communication of selections and changes that happen along the way. Not all designers are created equal and a designer that understands the construction process is the missing piece in a new build or remodel project.

Project C O N S U L T I N G
Looking to make some updates at home but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you’re looking to upgrade your fireplace but aren’t sure what to go with- let alone work through the specifics of tearing out, framing adjustments, upgrading your mantle and stone/tile surround.
Let’s set up a time to discuss the specifics. A one hour consultation includes a proposal of recommendations for your project. So whether you choose to move forward with all of the items listed or just a few, you have a guide available when you’re ready. When the time comes to proceed with your project, should you want to get more detailed by writing a full scope of work or have assistance in making selections- you have assistance available for as much or as little as you like.

Are you someone who needs a visual reference to understand and trust what the final expectation is for your space?
Here are some of the different concept drawings that we can provide:
- Adding on to your house? This drawing is to show you what the new layout of your room addition will look like.
- Remodeling or trying to finalize your blueprint and want to make sure you have enough space for the functionality that you need? A mock up of the cabinetry/pantry/closet layout can be provided so you can see just how much space you have with the blueprint as shown. It will also help for bidding purposes so that your contractor understands just what is expected.
